BREW YOUR BEER AT ANDERS!

YOUR BEER, CUSTOM-BREWED AT ANDERS!

The Anders! brewery was designed using state-of-the-art brewing technology to meet the demand for unique, tailor-made beers.

Our brewhouse, fermentation tanks and bottling line allow us to produce batches starting from 40 hl. For alcohol-free beers, the minimum batch size is 80 hl.

We offer a personalised service and take the time to understand each customer’s needs. Throughout every stage of production, our customers can rely on our flexibility and the expertise of our team.

YOUR RECIPE

Whether you want to brew and pasteurise alcohol-free beer, produce special editions or outsource existing beers to free up capacity at your own brewery, Anders! ensures your recipe is executed to the highest standards.

Our brewers will follow your recipe precisely and, if you wish, help refine it or develop your beer to meet your exact requirements.

BREWING IS A MATTER OF PRECISION

At Anders!, we brew 24 hours a day, five days a week, using modern, state-of-the-art equipment that operates with exceptional precision. This allows us to maintain both flexibility and consistent quality.

SHHH... SOMETHING DIFFERENT IS FERMENTING HERE...

Your beer ferments in our fermentation tanks, ranging from 40 hl to 250 hl. Throughout this natural process, we carefully control the temperature and analyse the beer daily to ensure optimal results.

AND HOP!

Does your recipe call for dry hopping? No problem! Over the years, our brewing team has developed extensive expertise in this technique. With dozens of different hop-forward beers brewed every month, you can be confident that we will carefully achieve the flavours and aromas you’re looking for.

Centrifuge

To ensure that no particles remain after fermentation and dry hopping, all our beers are centrifuged. If required, the beer can also be filtered.

FLASH PASTEURISATION

The exceptional quality of our beers and the minimisation of contamination risks are achieved in part through flash pasteurisation before bottling and, where applicable, secondary fermentation in the bottle.

SUGAR AND YEAST DOSING

Anders! is equipped to add sugar and yeast to your beer with exceptional precision. This allows us to carefully control the CO₂ level in your finished beer!

BOTTLE CONDITIONING

Bottle conditioning takes time, which is why we allow approximately six weeks from the brewing date before your beer is ready to enjoy.

CARBONATION

If your recipe does not require bottle conditioning, we can carbonate your beer by adding CO₂ directly. This means your beer will be ready to enjoy sooner. Allow approximately four weeks from the brewing date before your beer is ready to taste.

TASTING

Our in-house laboratory allows us to monitor your recipe, refine it according to your wishes and, most importantly, carefully control the fermentation process.

We carry out the following analyses every day:

Physicochemical

  • Original Gravity (°Plato)
  • Alcohol Content (% ABV)
  • Real Extract (°Plato)
  • Apparent Extract (°Plato)
  • Degree of Fermentation (%)
  • pH
  • Colour (EBC)

Microbiological

  • Aerobic and anaerobic testing of samples to monitor the production process and ensure microbiological quality.

Sensory Evaluation

  • Every day, a panel of five team members tastes all beers that are ready for dispatch. A beer is only approved for release once all five panel members have given their approval.
